What is the standard delivery time for orders within Ireland?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery across Ireland typically takes 3-5 working days via An Post.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to the UK, Europe, and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your parcel.
Can I return fabric if I change my mind?
Please note that cut-to-order fabrics, ribbons, and trims cannot be returned unless they are faulty. For non-cut items like patterns or tools, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt.
How do I know if a fabric is suitable for my project?
Each product listing includes detailed information regarding weight, composition, and drape. If you are unsure, you can order a small swatch or contact us for expert advice.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Are your fabrics sold by the metre or half-metre?
Most of our fabrics are sold in increments of 0.5 metres. If you order multiple units, the fabric will be sent as one continuous piece.
