At The Sewing Shed Ireland, we want you to be delighted with your craft supplies. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure that all fabrics, threads, and notions are in their original, unused condition and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  Post the Package

  Affix the return label and send your parcel back to our studio in Ireland using a tracked postal service for your peace of mind.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
